I love the flexibility of being able to choose what shutdowns I work on, which gives me a great work-life balance. I started as an apprentice boilermaker at Civmec and am now a superintendent. If you work hard, you get rewarded.

I joined Civmec as an Undergraduate Fabrication Engineer, because the company provided me with flexible working hours that worked best for me. From day one, my management and the team were very supportive.
